VDH investigating death due to vaccine

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirms that a Virginia woman was among the six confirmed deaths from the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

The agency said that the woman died last month but the Virginia Department of Health has released no additional information. In a statement, the VDH said that it is examining the March death of a Virginia woman as part of its investigation into possible adverse side effects from the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
