Henry County Schools increasing the number of in-person students

The Henry County School Board met this morning for a regular meeting and decided that schools in the district will open for in-person learning four days a week.

Beginning April 19, all students participating in hybrid instruction on the A/B schedule will return to in-person learning 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Virtual learners will continue to learn in that format for the remainder of the school year.

In the event that a student is a virtual learner and would like to return to school 4 days per week, they will need to work out a plan with the school they attend to ensure safe distance as the population increases.
